Our historic 1840-built Cape May has been fully renovated from floor to ceiling!  No expense was spared – SubZero refrigerator + extra fridge, ILVE cooking range, high-end lobster pot filler faucet over the range, center island with sink, granite open kitchen layout – every detail has been immaculately updated!

6 spacious bedrooms, 4 fully renovated bathrooms – including a large master bathroom,  outside shower, steam room.  Tankless water heaters so you never run out of hot water!

Enjoy afternoon tea and people-watching from our front porch!  Being so close to the Congress Hall, see the wedding parties rush to the reception or the Christmas Parade which passes right in front of the house!

A Beach Box is available for all our guests right at the beach. No need to carry back and forth your chairs, etc. Keep everything secured right at the beach!

This house is on the direct route of Cape May's famous Christmas Parade.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, glassware, plates, bowls, and utensils for your convenience. Our cozy kitchen makes it easy to throw together meals for the whole family. 

We also have a propane grill on the back porch, which has several seating areas for family dinners.

205 Perry Street has a gigabit high-speed wifi connection to aid summer homework or long meetings. We also offer cable-TV and access to streaming services, including YouTube TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

Our beach house is equipped to make all of your beach days enjoyable! We have all the essentials plus extra. There are 6 seasonal beach tags available upon your arrival.
