Cape May is a family-friendly town and these are our family beach homes.  We would love for you to make wonderful memories coming year-after-year to our homes and ask that you respect the following:

• No prom parties, high-school parties, bachelor parties, college or spring break renters.

• No pets, no smoking – any smoke or pet detected after your departure will result in the loss of your security deposit.

• Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age.
